My Complaint to Maxis
I have been using Maxis for several years. I am very disappointed the way you guys treat your customer.
I changed my mobile service from normal package to family plan (together with my supp line) thru calling 123 around 20 April, in order to save some money.
Very sad, when I received my last bill, I found that my mobile service plan is not changed by your LOUSY call service operator.
Come on! It is not the first time, it happened sometime last year, when I tried to change my mobile package to save money.
You have tons of way to earn money from your customer, but restricting your client to switch plan is a definitely lousy one.
YOUR CALL CENTER SERVICE IS LOUSY INDEED. I am going to terminate your mobile service soon.
